• "KYC" means Know Your Customer verification procedures required to confirm User identity and comply with anti-money laundering regulations.

2. Eligibility and Account Registration

2.1 Age and Residency Requirements

To register and use the palo66 Service, you must meet the following eligibility criteria:

• You must be at least 21 years of age or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is greater.
• You must be physically located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is not prohibited by law.
• You must be acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction where our Service is prohibited or restricted by law.

2.2 Account Registration Process

When registering an Account on palo66, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and phone number.
• Maintain and promptly update your Account information to ensure accuracy at all times.
• Maintain the confidentiality of your Account credentials (username and password) and not share them with any third party.
• Notify palo66 immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your Account.
• Register only one Account per person. Multiple accounts registered by the same individual will be closed and any associated funds may be forfeited.

2.3 Identity Verification

palo66 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including but not limited to government-issued identification (KTP, passport, or driver's license), proof of address (utility bill or bank statement), and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide requested documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in Account suspension or closure. All KYC documents are processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

3. Deposits and Account Funding

3.1 Accepted Payment Methods

palo66 accepts deposits via the following Indonesian payment methods: bank transfers through BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, and Bank Danamon; and e-wallet transfers through OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. All deposits must originate from an account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and will result in Account suspension.

3.2 Deposit Limits and Processing

Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method: Rp 50,000 for bank transfers and Rp 25,000 for e-wallets. Maximum deposit limits are set per transaction and may be adjusted based on your VIP tier and Account status. Most deposits are processed instantly, though some payment methods may require up to 15 minutes for confirmation. Deposits are non-refundable once credited to your Account balance, except in cases of processing errors by palo66.

3.3 Currency

All transactions on palo66 are conducted in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). Deposits made in other currencies will be converted to IDR at prevailing exchange rates, which may include conversion fees charged by your payment provider.

4. Withdrawals and Payout Policy

4.1 Withdrawal Process

You may request a withdrawal of your Account balance at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• Your Account must be fully verified through our KYC process.
• Withdrawals must be made to a payment method registered in your own name.
• Withdrawals are generally processed to the same method used for deposit, unless otherwise approved by palo66.
• Bonus funds and associated winnings are subject to specific wagering requirements before withdrawal eligibility.

4.2 Withdrawal Limits and Processing Times

Minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100,000. Maximum daily withdrawal limits vary by VIP tier, ranging from Rp 20,000,000 for standard accounts to Rp 100,000,000 for Diamond tier members. Standard processing time is 15 minutes to 2 hours during Indonesian banking hours (08:00-17:00 WIB, Monday-Friday). Weekend withdrawals and withdrawals outside banking hours may require additional processing time. VIP Gold, Platinum, and Diamond members receive priority processing in a dedicated queue.

4.3 Withdrawal Fees

palo66 does not charge fees for withdrawals. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may impose their own transfer fees, which are deducted from the withdrawal amount by the payment provider.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Bonus Terms

palo66 offers various bonuses and promotional incentives including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, cashback offers, free spins, and VIP rewards. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions including wagering requirements, eligible games, maximum bet limits, and expiration dates. These terms are clearly stated in each promotion's specific terms page and must be read carefully before claiming any bonus.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless otherwise stated, all bonuses carry a wagering requirement that must be fulfilled before bonus funds and associated winnings can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements typically range from 10x to 40x the bonus amount, depending on the promotion type. Different games contribute differently toward wagering requirements: slots typically contribute 100%, while table games may contribute 10-20% or be excluded entirely. 5.3 Bonus Abuse

palo66 reserves the right to cancel bonuses, void winnings, and close Accounts if we determine that a User is abusing promotional offers through tactics including but not limited to: registering multiple accounts to claim multiple bonuses, colluding with other players, using automated betting systems, or exploiting software errors. All bonus abuse decisions are final and at the sole discretion of palo66.

6. Responsible Gaming and Account Controls

6.1 Self-Exclusion and Limits

palo66 is committed to promoting responsible gaming. All Users have access to the following self-management tools via their Account dashboard:

• Deposit limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit amounts.
• Wager limits: Set maximum bet amounts per game session.
• Session time limits: Set maximum continuous play duration with mandatory break reminders.
• Self-exclusion: Temporarily or permanently block access to your Account for periods ranging from 24 hours to permanent closure.

7. Game Rules and Fair Play

The following activities are strictly prohibited on palo66 and will result in immediate Account suspension and forfeiture of funds:

9. Intellectual Property Rights

All content on the palo66 platform including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, software, and game interfaces is the property of palo66 or its licensors and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Service for personal entertainment purposes only. 10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, palo66 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill. Our total liability to you for any claims arising from your use of palo66 shall not exceed the total amount deposited into your Account during the six months preceding the claim. 11. Dispute Resolution

12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with international gaming law principles. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts handling international gaming disputes. 13. Account Suspension and Termination

palo66 reserves the right to suspend or terminate your Account at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or pose a risk to the integrity of the Service. Upon termination, any remaining balance in your Account (excluding forfeited bonus funds) will be returned to you via your verified payment method, subject to any outstanding liabilities or disputed transactions. You may close your Account at any time by contacting customer support, subject to withdrawal of any remaining balance.

14. Amendments to Terms

palo66 reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or prominent notice on the website at least 14 days before taking effect. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date of any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the changes, you must cease using the Service and close your Account before the effective date.

15. General Provisions

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and palo66 regarding your use of the Service and supersede all prior agreements and understandings. If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
